Worried about Gonorrhea, etc.

4 days ago I had protected sexual intercourse with a sex worker.  Before putting the condom on, the woman licked the tip of my penis.  Approximately 48 hours later, I began to have constant urge to pee -- I am peeing 8-10 times per day and my pee tends to come out without much pressure.  I have not noticed any discharge and I have no other symptoms.

Because of an earlier throat infection, I am just finishing a round of amoxycillan.  I have read elsewhere that this could interfere with my test results.  (I got tested today and expect to receive results soon).

Three questions:  (1) am I at risk for gonorrhea or anything else based on this limited unprotected exposure?  (2) could the amoxycillan interfere with my test results or treatment if I, in fact, was exposed?  (3) what else could this be if not an STD?  I am 100% positive this is not just "in my head."

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for response, but I must admit that the timing of my symptoms makes me particularly worried.  I now am also experiencing constant discomfort (i wouldn't say pain) in my urethra.  Does that perhaps change your assessment?

1. No
2. No reason to test from no risk
3. Not sure, see a Dr.
