Penis and thigh irritation won't go away.

I (a male) had unprotected sex with a female around six months ago. Now, from about a month after the encounter until now I have had a variety of strange symptoms. Some of the skin on my inner thighs within the radius of my penis feels very irritated at specific points, almost like permanent little splinters. Also, right below the head around the rim of my penis there has been constant redness and irritation throughout the five months after this started occurring. I have had relief for perhaps 12 days out of this entire period where I had negligible symptoms. I also have a feeling of ache in my testicles at times, and pain with ejaculation. I have tried many different homeopathic remedies to this issue, such as tea tree oil, coconut oil, antifungal cream and powder, 1% hydrocortisone cream, gentian violet, and slightly diluted rubbing alcohol. So far, out of all of those things the only thing that reduces skin discomfort is applying the rubbing alcohol. It stings at first, but once the sting goes away I have very little feelings of discomfort for 3-4 days. After that time though, everything returns. I'm out of my home state right now and do not have access to any hospital through my health insurance, so I'm wondering do you have any possible idea what this incessant indestructible infection may be?

I operate through Kaiser but am not in my home state, and I may be wrong but it seem the only thing I have access to through other hospitals are their emergency units and even then there seems to be a few hoops to jump through. I shall be back in the land of Kaisers soon enough though. I just thought perhaps I'd get lucky and find the cause and some relief in the meantime through the internet. I appreciate your quick response Vance thank you very much!

Does not sound like a STD, but you will have to see a Dr. I don't believe that your insurance will not cover a Dr's visit.
