unprotected oral sex and now slight burning and itching

I had unprotected oral sex about 4-5 weeks ago, that was a little rough and unanticipated, and now have had some slight red color under the foreskin that has slight burning and itching sensation. This went away after about 2 days, another slight red coloring has appeared going down shaft. I have been tested for Gonorrhea and chlamydia awaiting results.  Are these the right std's to be tested for? Are there future health risks if this is not treated asap.  Thank you, any information is appreciated, I am a bit anxious and worried.

No I was not seen or examined when I got tested. Maybe it is a good idea to see someone though? What type of treatment is required to rid fungal infections.  Thanks so much!

odds are this isn't a std but just a fungal infection.  were you seen and examined when you had your testing?

So results show no sign of either STD mentioned.  Thoughts? Should I try to relax and see if symptoms persist or should I be tested further? Symptoms seem to come and go.
