oral sex

I received unprotected oral sex from an african female prostitute.I received oral sex for 10 -20 minuted before ejaculating in her mouth.I'm unaware of her hiv or std statues .I'm concerned of possibly getiing and std as I have recently discovered ,small ,almost impossible to see pimples on my penis ,just below the penis head .It is continuos around the penis .As well as I have discovered two spot of white by py pubic hair, hair dsnt grow on this spot and circles it .Altough I dnt have have any signs of painfull urination or discharges or anything of that sort.My question is ,does what I have described above seem like a potential std ,or could it just be beacuse of bacterial infection.I don't really know how long exactly its been there prior to me recieveing oral rex.Do I need to be concerned ,What does it seem like to you ? And would you reccomend an hiv aids test ?

Low risk means more likely not to happen then happen. Odds in your favor.

You had a low risk encounter for STD's, the bump you would need to see a Dr on. As for HIV, post in the HIV forum.
