pain in pelvis and testicles-SCARED!!!! :(

I also have pain in my pelvis area and my testicles off and on..and every now and then, i have a slight pain on the tip of my penis (but not very often)..
i had a canker sore in my mouth 2 weeks ago, for a few days, but its gone now...

I had unprotected sex and we used BODY SOAP from the shower as lubricant after the condom broke, a little more than 3 1/2 months ago and the pain started i think a couple days after...
My partner said she tested negative when she went to her doctor.

I tested negative for chlmydia and gonnorhea.

Does anyone have any advice to what this might be?
Bacterial Infection? Yeast Infection? Herpes? HIV? STD?

Please help!!!!! :(

You wouldn't be having pain from the soap for 3 1/2 months.

Did you get tested for NGU?  Ask your doctor do to a urine test to look for white blood cells and to culture it to see if anything grows.

yes, he took a urine sample, and said everything looked fine...

thats why he went with the chylmidia and gonorrhea tests, and those came out negative too...

i dont have pain upon urination...

thanks for your help, what else are your thoughts?
does that sound anything like HIV?
cause im deeply worried about that.. :(

i think about this stuff everyday, even when the pain is not present..

Its not HIV.  HIV wouldn't give you symptoms like this.

All your tests are negative.  Could it be anxiety?

Thanks for all your input, I really do appreciate it..

I mean, it could be? ya know? I've heard from a few other people that I have told this that it could be anxiety...

I'm a very worried person, in general, about everything. I think I got it from my mom...she's the same way.

But yeah, im just confused.
I was thinking it could be a bacterial infection from the soap because of the off-set balance of the pH...

What do you think?

Well, it would have shown up on the urine culture or you would have had white blood cells in your urine.  You don't have that.

Check this out - http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Mental%20Health/What-are-the-symptoms-of-anxiety/show/124?cid=60

Talk to your doctor about anxiety and get a referral for counseling.  You have nothing to lose, right?
