penile swelling with a small lesion
about a month ago i started to notice i had the symptons of chlymadia. i have had it before, its kinda taken over my town. i didn't have any money to go to the doctor.. im a college student and by the time i got some money i had sex again.. i know it wasnt in my best interest but it is the truth. about two weeks after that i started getting some swelling around the head of my penis and it started forming a small lesion like hole or tiny pit forming and its starting to get bigger. just wondering if anyone can help me. respone asap plz
