Received oral sex and handjob

I know you've answered this type of question numerous times before but I have to ask for myself. I am a man and about 1 week ago I went to a "massage parlor."

I got undressed and so did the woman there and while I was lying down she started rubbing her body against my back for about 10 minutes. I then received oral sex with a condom on (she put it on really quickly but I remember catching a glimpse of the condom, but let's assume that she did not put it in). It lasted about 7-10 minutes until I went limp and then she removed the condom (she did it really fast but I am pretty sure there was a condom) and proceeded to give me a handjob for another 10 minutes.

2 days after the incident, I developed a very sore throat, night sweats, sneezing, runny nose, what felt like a fever. Today, one week after the incident, I still have the lingering flu like symptoms. I have not experienced any pain when urinating and I have not seen anything unusual on my genitals (but I'm not sure what to look for). I am not sexually active and have a girlfriend who I have not been physical with since the incident happened. Beside my girlfriend, I have not done anything physical with anyone else (we've been together 3 years). Based on what I described

Did I have a risk of getting any std and hiv?
Would you recommend testing based on this one event and for what stds and hiv?
If you do recommend testing, what is the shortest amount of time I need to wait before getting it and what kind do of testing do you suggest?

Is there anything else I need to know based on the incident? This was a very important lesson learned for me and I just want to feel how I did before this happened and move on with my life.

Thank you.

First, you used a condom for oral so no risk at all.
Same for a hand job, no risk
Also HIV does not show symptoms so soon, it is usually presents in 2 to 4 weeks after exposure.

Thank you for your reply. What if there was no condom, does that change your answer?
