small bumps on penis

so i have had bumps(spread out, not clustered) around my circumcision scar for a long time.  they arent clusters, they are just tiny bumps.  i have gotten them checked out and the doctor at my college said she didnt think they were anything after it didnt respond go vinegar, and then i saw a urologist and he said he didnt think they were anything, and if it was hpv that it wasnt a big deal.  but mainly he said he didnt think it was anything.

the other day i noticed a reddish bump on the underside of my penis, right @ the borderline of my circumcision scar.  it isnt a cluster or anything, its just one bump.  the only thing that makes it look different is its a tad reddish, but other than that just takes on the form of the other bumps.  none of these bumps hurt, or have any sensation, theyre just kinda there and are pretty small.

Bumps can be many things and often not a STD, and if you have only been with 2 virgins then this can't be a STD. You will have to see a Dr.
