small lumps along frenulum

Hi,
I'm 18 and still a virgin. I have around 4 skin-colored/whitish bumps/lumps/pimple-looking things along my frenulum. They are arranged in a line. Is this normal?

Not sure if it is normal but google fordyce spots and see if they look like that... if so then yes if not then you should  probably see a dermatologist....

But on another note if you still a V then you don't have to worry about STDs=)
