std or aniexty?

okay i think this is aniexty more then a std but i got to ask. i'm a young man who has only had oral sex with one girl about two, three years ago. one time. that was my first time with a woman and we didn't have intercourse. i've never had vaginal intercourse. i had a regular check up after about a month or two after the experience with the young lady. everything was fine. recently after my really bad break up with my ex girlfriend about a couple of months ago i thought i had herpes after fingering her but it was just a in grown hair and ever since then i've been paranoid about having a std. first i thought i caught something from my ex after just fingering her but my doctor says dont worry about it. i went for another regular check up back in december. i didn't have a std test because i haven't had any type of sex since the oral sex with the young lady and the fingering of my ex girl. but sometimes i do feel a slight tingle feeling in my penis sometimes, but only when i think about it mainly. it doesn't hurt just feels funny. not good or bad. just strange. and sometimes i have a weird feeling when i'm peeing, sometimes. it doesn't hurt or anything and idk if i'm just thinking about it to much. after my recent check up, my blood was okay but my urine turned up with protein in it but my doctor said dont worry cause everything else is fine. plus i dont eat very healthy at all. so i was just wondering do you think this is aniexty and me over reacting or could this be a std? i dont have any signs of a std or anything of that nature. in fact i felt great before my really bad break up. i just want some peace of mind mainly. cause i know aniexty can have a affect on your health more then anything.

Def not an STD... until you have unprotected Sex you dont need to worry about STD's... when the time does come just make sure you wear a condom.

if your thinking about your penis a lot your bound to notice normal feelings, just relax.

Finguring is a no risk exposure
Oral is a low risk exposure and that was 3 years ago so if you had an std fromt hat you'd know it by now.

chillax and use protection =)

Yes, it is std anxiety you are feeling. You think you may have it but look at it: you were checked twice by doctors who say you are fine. You cannot get anything from fingering or touching of any kind. The modes of transmission is too difficult for a virus or fluid of any kind to to be effective. Since you said fingering, it wouldn't affect you. The sensation you get it just normal sensations which is perceived to you as weird due to your anxiety. It can do that to people even they are healthy. You took tests and came back normal. Science does not fool anyone at all.
