STD or paranoia?

Last Wednesday I gave very brief oral sex to an escort I have no real symptoms, I think, but I feel sick to my stomach with guilt, and when I think about it too much I get a sharp pain in my penis my doctor said I am at low risk. Is this true? Is my mind just playing tricks on me? If I did contract an STD in my mouth, could it travel to my penis?should I get tested, write it off, stop reading about symptoms?- Concerned young man.

this wasn't a risk for you. it was protected oral and a hand job. don't confuse guilt with risk.

also if you have a penis, might want to change your gender to male too ;)

No sex, received oral briefly with protection, got
Hand job, couldn't keep it up and didn't orgasm.

did you have sex? did you receive oral sex?

if you only performed oral sex and got nothing in return, you absolutely could not have contracted a std on your penis from this!

My doctor also discouraged me from testing for anything, but herpes and said to wait and see
If I developed any herpes symptoms. Does this sound right?
