Too many prescriptions for std?

I had unprotected oral sex performed on me by a man last week. I had some itching and discharge so I went to an urgent care center today. I feel like the doctor didn't really know what he was talking about in regard to my situation. I have not been involved in any behavior besides oral and he tried to insist that I have an hiv test. Whatever. At any rate, he gave me a shot of Ceftriaxone. PLUS a prescription for Azithromycin AND Flagyl. Is this overkill? Do I really need to take ALL of this??

I would have tested for gonorrhea and NGU first but those presriptions should be fine.
