Possible chance if Std

Hi, 12 days ago I had sex with a casual partner. We have had sex several times before but we are not together. We both performed u protected oral sex on each other and then he rubbed his penis against my vaginal opening and clit. He also entered me once for a few seconds before I made him put on a condom. The rest of the sec was protected.
I came on
My period 3 days later and after this finished I have been left with a very sore vagina and discharge.
I went to the doc 9days after the incident and she said it looked like thrush. I had swabs taken for thrush and chlamydia and was give medicine for thrush which I did that night.
I'm still feeling uncomfortable with some discharge 3 days after I did the prescription.
From my exposure could I have caught a vaginal std? Would a chlamydia swab at 9 days be ok?
Thank you

Unlikely that you get any STDs from brief penis rub. I would be more confident that it is a thrush than chlamydia. Either way, lets give your medication a few more days to work out. But generally, you should feel much better with medication. Otherwise, head back to the doctor.

Thank you for your reassurance. Please could u tell me if the chlymida test I had would be conclusive at 9 days after exposure?
My symptoms do feel a lot better, they did 1 day after I took the medicine, but I am still experiencing some.
Am I right in thinking chlymida wouldn't be able to survive on the outside of my vagina, only inside?
Thanks

Extremely low risk to zero for chlamydia for brief exposure. Dont bother.

That's not true btw, only HIV cannot survive outside the body.
