worried about syphilis

Hello!

I had contact with a woman which involved just mutal masturbation she was touching her vagina and than touched my hands and than I masturbated.
And than 2 days after I noticed small sore on my penis that wasnt really painfull just under shower with hot wather it did hurt a little bit. Than sore was healed after 7 days and it wasnt even noticed after 10. But I did lubricate it with a cream that makes healing faster. Could that be syphilis chancre appearing and disappearing so fast?
Also now after 1 and a half month I got like 3 pimples on my head and like 5 on my back and trunk.

Was I exposed to any other possible STD?

There is no risk of an STI from mutual masturbation. I cant say what your spots are, but it is not an STI.

Is it possible that symptoms of syphilis would appear in 2 days? On internet i read it is usually 10 days to few weeks. But could also appear in 3 days but it is very unlikely .
