worried

Hello
I had protected sex with a SW  (which included an episode of 30 seconds receiving oral without a condom) about 6 days ago and so far I have not had any symptoms that resemble an STD as far as I can tell, except that the outer part of my anus really itched (it had itched before the encounter and it looks peeled, an area of about the size of a pea, no lump no irritiation, no pain, no pus.

In addition since last night I have blood on my stool, I am coming back from a long 2 week trip where I spent most of the time sitting in meetings and I have had hemorrhoids before. However this time is weird, I have  a normal BW without any pain and  there is blood (bright red) but then after cleaning there is nothing, it is really coming from the inside.

Could this be internal hemorrhoids or is there any STD with this symptom? I will be seeing the doctor tomorrow.
thank you for your help

Your anal issues have nothing to do with a STD.

Based on your exposure I would not worry about STD's.
