Rectal Gonorrhea cured but still blood

Contracted gono last year, was in me for about 10 days before found out what it was and immediately got the shot and medication. Got it from unprotected receptive anal sex. Did nothing while taking medication. Then finished it, two days after finished meds tried using a toy back there and a crap ton of blood came out. Bled for about ten minutes. Bleeding was painless. Waited a few weeks to try again and still bleeding but far less. Tried this again very sparingly and would still bleed every time. Never during a BM and never painful. Finally saw a proctologist after many months and results showed normal mucosal membrane and hemorrhoids. Do internal hemorrhoids always bleed when irritated from anal sex or did the gono cause some kind of damage in my rectum where I can’t have receptive anal sex any more, which I have never heard of nor can I find anything like that anywhere. It’s been over a year and I still can’t use anything back there except for a finger or a small toy or plug. If anything goes just a bit to far in there is blood, like only a few inches or so. And no pain from the bleeding. So is this all from hemorrhoids? Oh and I did get checked for literally every other std and all came back negative quite a while back after all this too. I really want to engage in anal sex again and this has been ******* me up mentally since I can’t fully give myself to a potential partner now with this going on. Will this problem go away if the hemorrhoids are removed or am I just ******?

I'm sure your experience has made you nervous but you saw a doctor. They saw hemorrhoids. And yes, those really can bleed and become irritated. What about working on those to see if this gets better?  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/bleeding-after-anal-sex  This talks about hemorrhoids as a common culprit. The old remedy of plenty of fiber and water should be tried to see if it helps. You treated treated the gono. And while bleeding is a symptom, it has been long enough that at this point, I'd not correlate the two and just see what you can do to get rid of those hemorrhoids.
