Im having clear sticky discharge coming out of my penis and ive been tested and all test came back negative. What dont know wat to do im not paying alot of attention my penis it jus always happens wat is this? I materbate regularly but idnt know what the promblem is.

Like i said, if there is no urethra discomfort or white discharge it most likely is your natural mucus that your seeing unless youve developed sperm leakage.

Clear sticky discharge from pulling your penis and checking is more consistant with the natural mucus you have in your urethra, If it was white, showing up in the morning before you urinate and had a buring or itching inside your urethra, it would be differnt.
