I feel my scrotum, testicle and penis is warm like I have a fever?

Its been going on for a week. I dont understand I googled it and it said Testicular cancer. But I dont have any other symptoms. I also have burning or feverish sensation on my toes and nails but my body temp is 96F. I have mild back and lower back pain and mild cough. Whats wrong with me?

I think you need to see a Dr., not sure anyone here would have the necessary medical knowledge to diagnose your symptoms. It sounds like there are multiple symptoms, and a Dr. would probably order a few tests to try to determine whether you back pain, cough, feverish toes & nails, etc. are related to the feeling in your genital area. They could be related but also possible those are coincidental. Please make an appointment to see a medical professional & hope you get a good diagnosis & treatment...
