Any chance of catching STD?

Hello, I had sex with a sex worker. I'm a 25 year-old male. However, it was a clean organization and I'm sure ladies get tested for STDs regularly. Anyway, I have 2 concerns:

1) I received unprotected oral sex. But with some spitting. I had also shaven my genitals before, so there were some rashes. Is there any chance of STDs in my case? Rashes is all that worries me.
2) We had sex with condom. However, still these rashes concern me. Does her bodily fluids coming in contact with my skin pose any risks?

Thanks!

You can get herpes from unprotected oral and protected intercourse if your partner has oral herpes. I'm sure these women are checked on a regular basis too but if she is giving everyone unprotected oral then her chances of getting it are very high.

Anytime your genitals come in contact with bodily fluids there is a risk for contraction.
