Hello, no. This is not possible. You can not get pregnant from A a hand job and B. sperm floating in a pool. Sperm is smart and all but not able to find your vagina in a pool and make it's way to your ovary. So, this is not possible.
I`m not 100% sure but close, that the chlorine in the pool would kill any sperm in seconds.
