Umm, Ihad intercourse two weeks ago and my vagina been acting funny lately.At first I thought I had a yeast infection because it was itching and discharge was thick but After a few days from inserting the cream, my vagina had an awful fishy smell. My discharge looks like strawberry milkshake. Im wondering if i have to change my diet or if its an infection , Helpp??. P.S. I have an IUD.
Now im spotting and my discharge is yellowish-browning. i hope the IUD isnt loose but thank you for advice i will call the doctor as soon as I can

Get in to see your Dr. It could be that your IUD is out of place and causing some bleeding and an infection. Ask your Dr to check for a bacterial infection too because you have the symptoms. Since you used a yeast cream and it didn't help then chances are that is not the problem.
