ok so me and my friend had sex with a girl while in the dominican republic and we both used condoms. i got wat i thought was a uti and he got nothing. the pain went away but now i have a red spot on the topside of my penis. i also have other small dots but i have had those before. the spot has been there for 2 weeks and hasnt gotten any bigger or smaller... i do not think it is an std since my friend has nothing wrong with him however i am not positive. wat is it?

It COULD be an STD.
Just because your friend is not experiencing any symptoms does not guarantee you've not picked anything up. Some STDs, such as Herpes, cause some people to have symptoms whilst others don't notice anything different. So you and your friend could easily have the same STD, only you are showing symptoms and they're not.
Also, exposure to an STD does not 100% guarantee you're going to get it so you could have caught something from her while your friend was luckier and didn't.
But it could be anything. The only thing to do is go and get it checked out!
