Help advice my penis needs it!

Okay so I may be a bit paranoid but I am confused as to what to do now....Back in march i had a small red bump appear and it seemed to form into a blister or almost a rash it wasnt really bothersome only in that one spot...well it went away to leave still an undulated place on my penis. Now it got worse and I had gone to the urologist telling him that it didn't bother me a lot, but it had grown so he told me to go home and made me another appointment which is coming up in december. Being in my early 20's I wouldn't think it would be cancer but I am worried it could be...I wasn't sexually active when the bump appeared and now I think one of my lymph nodes is swollen. Can anyone help me I know it wouldnt be a proper diagnosis and I need to go to the doctor again. I went to the planned parenthood place would they check me I walked out because I wasn't sure and I am kind of shy about these things. If I can't go get checked by them tomorrow then I will call the urologist I guess?
