Involuntary ejaculation and std worries

Hi doctors,

First, my apologies for my poor english.

I feel a bit paranoid because I've been to a asian massage yesterday, only normal oil massage. During the massage , I accidentally ejaculated in my pant. The woman didn't touch my genital parts or practice any sexual movements, I just had a normal massage. Feeling myself very uncomfortable with this situation, I asked to go to the bathroom for 5 minutes. Arrived in the bathroom, I picked some toilet paper to quickly wipe my penis and the semen inside my pant. Then I came back to finish the massage session. 40 minutes later I took a shower at home in order to finish my cleaning

Since this time I'm always worried if there is some risk of infectious disease, with toilet paper or maybe my hands that wasn't very clean because of the oil body massage.

Is there a risk to get infected by std in this situation?
