Hey, I'm 13 and mine is 5 inches, but that doesn't matter. My foreskin didnt slide back either but it really helped with stimulation (sliding up and down) or with masturbation, but both should help, amd dont be afraid to talk to your parents. Hope this helped.

It is good that your fore skin slides. while taking shower, slide the doreskin and clean the part below the head with soap and water regularly.  Cleanliness is necessary.

you will have to tell your parents as you might require a minor surgery to remove the skin. Doctor would decide what to do. you may try may apply coconut oil on the penis head try to open upper whole(formed by the skin over the head- not the whole from where urine passes). you may insert one or two fingers between foreskin and glans) It will require patience. Do it every day expanding the whole. Sliding skin is necessary to clean your penis and do intercourse. This condition is called phimosis. Goole this word...

some people have surgery to remove their foreskin as a baby depending if their parents chose to remove it right away. Ask your doctor for more options.

yes this might be a reason but the foreskin is very stretchable.. in this case i would suggest u to go for circumcision.. consult a doc dear with hesitation.. good luck..

thanx for your participation....it will help me a lot...even when i m erect the size is small and the skin does not slide back...so the head of penis is always covered...i have tried to slide it down several time but all the efforts were in vain...can this be the reason that my size is very small?? the foreskin halts the enlargement of penis??

hi there.. forget about porn and get to the real facts.. your problem might have been experienced by someone else too.. see while not under any sexual arousal the head of the penis is usually covered with skin.. it's when sexual stimulation starts and you start with the act and rubbing of the penis takes place that the skin starts sliding up and down.. i guess you should see into this if this is the case it's absolutely normal.. if not another way is circumcision.. i hope this helps.. and feel normal and confident..

Do you mean your forskin?  It sounds like you have a tight forskin if you can not pull the skin back over the head of the penis.   If need to do some stretching exercises  of the skin and if that wont work you need to get some cream which your doctor will give you
