Losing erection early on

hello, thanks in advance for any advice I get.

I'm a 20 year old male and I'm having problems with an erection.
Whenever I'm with a girl and we're kissing etc and about to have sex I get aroused but then maybe a couple minutes later I go soft and leak what looks to be semen as it's white. This completely kills my erection for at least an hour. I've had this problem with another girl and it only seems to resolve after being with that person for a while. I Have a friend that I have sex with often and I an fine with but if i meet someone new this happens and the sex doesn't.
I've been told its a psychological problem but I've no idea how to approach this.

Hi, Just google pegym on there is a program, sorry its an exercise called edging, this educates you brain and you penis, it should help with your premature ejeculation's, but you should be back in the game after 20 minutes at you age.
Good Luck.

thanks for a reply, there is no emotional stuff with this other friend. I can kind of pin it down to when I feel me getting hard I panic and start to think about trying to stay hard I think this is what messes me up. is there anything I should be doing? should I be tested for anything?

It sounds like premature ejaculation to me. Try wanking off an hour or two before you have sex. I find that my second or third *** of the day holds out a lot longer than the first.

Psychological, yes.  Sex is controlled by your brain.  You say you have no problems when you are with your 'friend with benefits'.  Do you feel guilty about intercourse with someone other than her?  Do you have deeper feelings for this girl than you have admitted?  I'm guessing this is what your 'problem' is: you want your friend, sexually AND soulfully.  Maybe I'm wrong, but it's my best guess.  Blessings - Blu
