Low Testerone and Causes...Help

I have recently been diagnosed with having low testerone.  Is it possible that an STD could have caused me to have a testerone deficiency?

Although not diagnosed with an STD I have had two instances where I have had problems, difficulty in urninating and penile discharge.

Any ideas? I sure need help.

Sounds like a swollen prostate . It probably is minor and you need meds or , worst case could be early sign of prostate cancer . Either way , talk to the doc .
