I`m not a doctor but it my be just your age and puberty hits people differently. Are you masterbating (which is normal at your age, even several times a day), or are you ejaculating without touching yourself? If so and it`s interfering with your life, then go see your doctor. Are you close enough with your dad to have him go with you? If not, make the appointment yourself & give his/her office your cell number in case they have to change time of the appointment and need to contact you. It`s tough to answer b/c your information`s a bit limited. If you can offer more info (as mentioned in my reply) it may be easier to make suggestions to lower your concerns. Hope this helps.
