Problems with penis???

Hi,
This would be my first time asking a question on this, so bare with me while i go through the background.

Me and my gf have been in a sexually active relationship for almost 6 years and in that time have had no issues with problems.  Recently, I recieved what was a rather rough handjob from my gf and afterwards i noticed under the base of the head of my penis when the foreskin was pulled back what seemed to be a blood blister, it wasn't a lump just free roaming blood under the skin, or what seemed like that.  Obviously this had me concerned, but I put it down to no lube and rough action, as a consequence of this, i then started noticing white liquid underneath the foreskin, i wash daily always have done, it was not foul smelling, and over the course of a few days, it then seemed to become not like a blister, but almost as if there were puss underneath, eventually this white liquid/substance split like a fissure and revealed a red sore underneath, not a blister just almost like bruised skin, but it was painful.  this appeared in two places, the top and just near the string attaching foreskin to head.  After doing a little bit of research etc, i bought some antifungal cream, which did seem to relieve the problem and heal it quicker.  Now yesterday, as it appeared to be very close to normality I had protected sex with my gf, again this was potentially quite rough, i noticed what can only be described as an uncomfortable itch during the act.  After we had finished, i again noticed the same type of blood blisters as the first time, 2 this time, one right near the string and one just off where the first one appeared.  I have now noticed that where one blood blister is, the skin has again torn and revealed one of these red blotches, again painful to a point.  I am in a monogamous relationship, and have been relatively unworried because of the first time not actually being penetrative sex, and the 2nd time with a condom but obviously, it is rather frustrating.  Any ideas on what this may be or similar problems experienced would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I believe I have the same problem of a torn frenulum. It happened 5 days ago.  In my case there was no penetration at all. I felt it tear in fact while we were still still clothed but shrugged it off as just discomfort down there. I did not realize what had happened until I saw blood on the sheets and researched the issue. At first it was just the torn frenulum and obviously it stung as urine landed on the scar when I urinated. However, my foreskin has been itching from the inside not the outside. I retracted my skin and noticed redness, as I said on my foreskin but from within and not near the frenulum. It also becomes very dry. I have not been using any type of cream until today which I just used regular hand lotion because I feel it eases the itching. I just have not had a chance to get any type of medicated cream. Anyway, could the redness and itching be a result of the torn frenulum even though the itching is centralized in one spot of my foreskin and not anywhere near my frenulum? And what do you recommend to ease the itching? Other than that I have not had any other complications.

Ok, but it's actually underneath not just the foreskin, but under the actual skin, as if an artery had burst etc.  Sorry to keep on, just need to make sure we are both on the same wavelength, is all.  Nevertheless, I shall give that a try and see how it goes,  Much appreciated for your input.

It might be small enough that you can't see it. A single drop of blood spread out underneath your foreskin can look like a lot. It's the most logical explanation given your description.

Appreciate the advice, and it is definately something I will try, however, initially the problem was localised away from that area, and ay first there are no visible cuts, just blood under skin which then in that area splits, just so i clarify what you think may have happened, is this something that can occur underneath the skin?

Thanks.

No problem with the length of your post, as the more detailed information the easier it is to offer an opinion.

It sounds like you tore your frenulum. The frenulum is the little strip of skin that connects your foreskin to the underside of your penis, at the glans. (The little strip that connects your tongue to the bottom of your mouth is also called the frenulum, and they look similar).

It can certainly bleed and the blood can get trapped under your foreskin. The fluid could be coming from the torn tissue. Pus can mean the tear has gotten infected.

Instead of anti-fungal cream try "triple antibiotic ointment" daily and give it a rest for a week or two. (No sex or masturbation). Make sure you blot any remaining urine from the area after you pee. If it doesn't start clearing up after a few days it's time to show it to your doctor. Good luck and let us know if it works.
