Rough Masturbation help????

Before I can go ahead and ask a question which I've been dieing to know about, I have a few information of myself.
First of all, I'm currently mid-16 year old boy who is NOT circumcised. I started masturbating since 12 (around 5th grade).
During my 8th grade year, I started to notice my penis got chaffed(I do not know how to explain), reddish around my penis "head." To admit, I used to masturbate hard on the foreskin with the penis head for extreme pleasure and ejaculation. I suppose that's why my penis have been "red" ever since then. Now I still masturbate but once a week or so. (I wonder if that's normal for me) I've tried to apply ointment such as Neosporin and vaseline on my penis after showers, but it doesn't help at all, maybe just calms it down. So my penis head had been reddish on the skin for a year now, and no I didn't have any sexual intercourse or have any STDs or AIDs. If anyone can answer my question diligently, I'd gladly take your advice. Thank you for any help.

What you should do is use peroxide when you clean.

Clean the area, pour peroxide on the area, rinse the area, repeat this about four times a day.

Because of not being circumcised, sometimes cleaning is not enough. Also, if you masturbate when the penis is wet under the skin, it can cause the chaffing and or rash/irritation even worse. It is better for the skin to be down, dry, and not so rough when masturbating.

Your skin could simply be irritated, like diaper rash.  Chaffing is not horrible although not preferred.  When you see your doctor you should have him/her look at it.  I don't know if you are doing a dry masturbation or using creams and lotions, or lubricant.  I think water based lubricants are preferred.

Think about all the things you have used in masterbation and when it seemed more irritated and let your doctor know; even if there are several different things that cause irritation they may have something in them that is the same.

Man, I don't know.  Similar problem here.  Really mystifying and depressing.  It should fix itself but it doesn't.  You might consider an allergic reaction to something you may have contacted, or check to see if you have symptoms of eczema or dermatitis elsewhere (?)
