STD or irritation

I had sex with my girlfriend 2 days ago we been together for 3 years now and she is the only girl i sleep with i woke up yesterday and noticed some bumps on the tip of my penis and under the skin.... i am uncircumsized the bumps do itch a lil and this is the second time i had this problem i had it about 4 months ago and they went away but now they are back during sex my girlfriend became a lil dry so we used a lubricant and i did not shower after is this a irritation from dry sex or from the lubricant or std

If you and your girlfriend have had no sexual exposure with anyone except each other for three years, and you both have been tested before and were clean, it is most likely not an STD. It's probably just an allergy or irritation like you suspect.
