Serious Preamture Ejaculation

Hi. I'm 25 years old. The general problem I've got is that when I masturbate (slowly) it takes me less than a minute to ejaculate. I'm not married and I haven't had sex yet. This problem really annoys me and I feel disappointed and worried about my future life. I went to an urologist and tried different anti-depressant pills like Fluoxetine, Sertraline, Citalopram and also Paroxetine. All of them seem working well in the first week so that I can last more than 10 minutes but after two weeks or more I can only last about 3 minutes which is not very satisfying because these records are achieved after dry masturbation. My penis is very sensitive and when I masturbate using lubrications I can ejaculate even in less than 15 seconds. I've tried many ways like using anesthetic sprays or trying different self controlling methods to overcome this problem but I couldn't prosper.
I've got another major problem; I always ejaculate suddenly when I’m running. This occurs specially when I’m running on treadmills or jogging uphill. I really don’t know what to do. I think I can cure my premature ejaculation by killing some nerves on my penis but doctors refuse to accept this idea or do it.
I really need help. Please tell me if there is any kind of special medication like surgery to cure this problem or not. I live in Iran and please if you know someone in my country that can help me, inform me.
Thanks in advance

Myron_Long... where on earth do you get your information???

"There are no special creams to reduce sensitivity on the penis and if there are some, I would be very cautious using them because you don't know what long term side effect it could have on your penis."...

YES... there ARE desensitizing creams available. Just Google "Desensitizing Cream" and you'll come up with about 100 different ones straight off the bat.

My wife and I use one, and have been for YEARS, and it's had no detrimental effect on me or my penis.

Myron... you need to check your information before you open your mouth. It seems that you're wrong a lot more than you're right.

I rather have pre-mature ejaculation problems than problems with not ejaculating at all...

Learn how to work with the sensitivity on your penis. It's called mind control. Learn how to start/stop, start/stop during masturbation or sex. If you keep stroking it without pausing in between of course you're going to reach ejaculation. It works the same with sex. During sex, while stroking, if you think you're about to climax, simply stop moving, kiss a little, then proceed with movement once you feel you're ready.

There are no special creams to reduce sensitivity on the penis and if there are some, I would be very cautious using them because you don't know what long term side effect it could have on your penis.
