Sexual Arousal

recently, in the past week I have lost the exitement I used to have during sexual interactions. I have lost all nipple stimulation, but before even a slight touch would turn me on. I can still orgasm but it is not as extreme as it was a couple of days ago. I am 17 years old so it is not an age thing. I started a diet a month ago where I dont eat sweets or fried foods or cheese but I thought that would have helped if anything if I was healthier. I do hold in my urine a lot and it does hurt to do so. How can someone just lose that feeling in a matter of days?? Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Don't hold your urine in - it's very bad for your kidneys and bladder, that may have something to do with it - you never know!

jefelex, yes I have realized after the fact, can the damage be permanent?

Well it might be in a way.    While males are at their sexual hormone peak at 17,  females are not until they're mostly into their 30's.     But it could be other reasons as well.
