Taking medications that affect perfomance

i can not achieve an orgasm with the current meds I am taking. I am taking celexa 20mg and abilify 10mg. I need both these medications because of my mental illness. I have been taking them for about 2 years and my illness is now almost totally stablized. I have no difficulties with symptoms of my illness. But I have side effects and the biggest one is that I can not achieve orgasm, or if I do it happens very rarely and takes too long for it to be worth it.
are their any home remedies that I can do that will not interfere with my medications to counter this side effect? Stopping medication is not an option, nor is switching to another medication at this time.

Decreased libido is a frequent side effect of the drug Celexa. You can talk to your doctor and get the dose of celexa decreased or get prescribed any other SSRI antidepressant.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I also take celexa and this is a side effect that has no way around that I have been able to find. I have searched online and spoken to my Dr with no luck. Just something we have to deal with.
