What is happening to me ??

Usually i get an erection just by looking to sexy women or porn .... now i have to touch or stimulate my penis to getvan erection .... is this healthy ? I am 30 yearsc old and I have diabetes ... do i have a problemcwith nerves issue ?

Well, the good news is, you CAN still get an erection w/ stimulation. Porn can definitely de-sensitize you to 'normal' (visual or thoughts) stimulus, so that could be part of the problem. You are probably aware that diabetics are a little more likely to develop ED problems as they get older, so that COULD be a factor, but not necessarily. Hopefully, you have decent blood sugar control, watch your diet & keep your weight under control - these will help. I would bring this up w/ your regular Dr., who may refer you to a Urologist or one who specializes in male sexual function. In the meantime, try cutting back on the porn & see if things improve a little. I don't think it's time to panic yet, but you definitely should get some medical advice.
