What's wrong with me?

I have a swollen vein on top of my penis. it has a lump on it, almost like the vein does a corkscrew, then goes the rest of the way down to my left testicle, where it is also pretty swollen. Any idea what this is? If it helps I am 15, a virgin, and masturbate frequently (at least once a day). I have a feel my problem is caused by my over frequent masturbation, which I usually do with a soft T shirt or blanket.

I have been trying to cut back on masturbating, I can usually go three or four days before I just can't help it anymore. I am working on that. As far as the lumps go, its not like a lump on my penis, its like the vein is swollen. I was reading online and I think it might be a cyst. There is no pain, and I have no trouble with urinating, getting an erection, or any other penal duties. Thanks though, I really appreciate the feedback.

Hi Bert, First question, god gave us hands, there the best thing to masturbate with, will a little lubrication and a featherlight touch, your find this the best way,
OK as for you lumps, try massaging them very softly with some lubrication, you should find that they move away.
Try drinking green tea with lemon and honey, very good for your blood, see if you can find some cayenne capsules, this is very good for getting rid of plaque in you blood.
If your a fast and junk food lover with sodas, ditch them now, your getting to much fat, salt and sugars into your blood, these are not very good for you.
Last thing just use your hanky for catch your semen, and through the blanket, time to become a man, and try cutting back a bit on the masturbating, over masturbating is not good for you, can lead to health problems as you get older.
Good Luck
