Can't feel orgasm, dulled sensation in head of penis

This happened to me back in 2012, after working out for 9 months, I stopped and soon after couldn't feel my orgasms. I posted here about it but it came back relatively quickly and I had no problems since.

Now I've done 3 months working out, stopped and slowly lost sensation in the head of my penis and cant feel orgasms.  At the same time I started having bladder problems, feeling like urine was leaking out, having to go pee for very little amounts of urine, I also started trying to do spine adjustments on rollers AND I was on Topamax for 5 days. Two months later I still can't feel orgasms and when I stimulate the head of my penis it feels closer to any other part of my body, dull with little sexual pleasure. While over the period of two months I felt orgasms to some extent, some days better than others, even some hours better than others, it always returns to feeling nothing and right now I haven't felt anything in days. I have no idea whats wrong with me, why this is happening. I'm in a very dark place right now, extreme depression.

I have no idea whats gone wrong with my body.

I had my urine tested a week before this happened and it was clear, so no diabetes.

The penis isn't numb, it's just that the head of the penis feels like nerves are blocked or sensitivity has suddenly vanished. Orgasms have felt just like warming sensations, a few periods of times they felt pretty decent but then returned to feeling like nothing and now they are stuck at feeling like nothing.

I'm scared, its like there could be so many causes but none of them good.

Yeah, there seems to be a wide variety of conditions that could cause this, from what I've read so far. The only thing that I can suggest would be to start a personal process of elimination list w/your doctor; possibly starting alphabetically, or with the most common causes (anxiety, antidepressants, adrenal fatigue, blood pressure meds.,etc...). I'm sure it will be arduous, but hopefully you'll be able to nail down the exact cause soon afterward(?).

Hi,

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this; I've come across a few similar posts, in the past, much like yours. You might want to check out two conditions online; Peripheral Neuropathy and Diabetic Neuropathy. I would think you would have to see a Urologist or specialist about this, for a diagnosis.

In fact I did it just a bit ago and my erection began softening the closer I got to an orgasm and the orgasm felt like, I could detect a hint of it, but the rest of the nerves were blocked, is how I would describe it.
