I suspect that you mean vulva, as in the area around the vagina where you grow hair. Do you shave? Shaving can cause pimples from the hair follicles getting infected from small cuts from the razor. If you shave, stop for a while and see if it gets better. Don't use any harsh soaps or acne creams on the area. Sometimes, you can get pimples around a hair anyway. You can also get infected bartholin's glands. Finally, you can have things that look like little whiteheads along the inside of the labia minora (I've had these for as long as I can remember, so I know they're not an issue). If you're worried, go get seen by an ob/gyn to make sure it's nothing.
Hi Marsy, The problem is its a visual thing, and as they don't like vaginas pictures being posted, best you go of to your doctor, or an STD/GUM Clinic, they will help you even if not an STD, and put you straight, that way you know you would be getting good information.
I think its best advice.
Good Luck
