how to stop masterbation

i started masterbaion when i was 14 year old and still doing, it caused me so many problems, right after doing masterbation i feel weakness in my body, back pain, bones are aching ( bones makes sound ), lack of concentration, will power, headch.
this is really and really not true that masturbation is good for health i believe, i am facing so many side effects.

can some one advise me how to bring my energy back, i want my bones strong and confidence and i really want to stop it.

easy now some people can be that small ok. My husband is pretty small too wieing in the 90's. Anyhow go see a doc asap. Masterbation is fun and joyfull. U need to find out whats up

I agree with the previous poster. Your health problems are not caused by masturbation, so I recommend to see your doctor in order to solve the health problems which are probably casued by something else.
Masturbation is OK, natural and it has many health benefits as well, so there is no need to worry about that. Feelings of guilt or shame can be the only problem, but these feelings are useless and there is no need to have them because of masturbation, which is very natural for people (and some animals as well).

Something does not add up here. You say you're 29 years old and you weigh 81 pounds??

I promise you the symptoms you are experiencing are NOT from masturbating. Ejaculating via masturbation will not cause any physical changes/symptoms that ejaculating through sex with a partner would cause.  Masturbation IS good for you; it relieves stress and reduces the risk of prostate cancer. You need to see a doctor.
