bulging vein

I was having sex with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago and I used a penis ring, well I think it was a bit too tight because now 2 nights later there is a large vein at the base of my penis that is still swollen. I also feel like if it was a blood clot that it as moved further into my body because i have a weird feeling on the left side of my groin/stomach.  Its not painful but more like a pressure as though someone is pushing me with a finger.  Does this sound like a large blood clot or just inflammation? i have been taking 1 aspirin every 4-5 hours as a blood thinner. i am not over weight and i would say i am fairly active. please help.

Hi W, Hope you have had some kind of help by now, if not and you still have it, just try some gentle massage using some oil why your doing it, but it may just be the swelling of the vein, its got a bit angered, but if you want to try co*k rings google myhardwear, they have some the you can adjust, there a clip, but co*k rings do work, and with the right ones can be warn all day, keeps the motor running, this means that you don't walk around with an erection, but keeps you ready, have a good look on site, lots to see and read.
Good Luck
