Thats also how Gential Herpes starts... a tiny bump or circle on the labia. Its itchy at first, then painfull, then opens up.  If it were a yeast infection she wouldnt have visual symptoms beyond discharge or redness from scratching.

Keep a close eye on the situation and any changes that may happen in the next week. To take care of the itch, you can pick up wipes or cream from any grocery store. But if its herpes, the circles wont go away without getting a hell of a lot worse first.

My best advice to you would be to Make an obgyn appt as soon as possible. If its herpes, they can swab and test before the circles disappear. And the DR would be able to definitively tell you whats going on.

But dont wait too long. With a lot of Vaginal issues, the longer you wait, the higher the chance it can have a devastating effect on you in the long term if it Is serious. Better to be safe than sorry!

That sounds more like a fungal infection than an STI.
However, with your very limited description, there's really no way to tell.

I advise that you see a doctor/ob to be diagnosed properly.
