No, I don't really think so, but there is a first time for learning anything and I guess it could be.  I'd tell your parents you would like to have an ob-gyn appointment.  If your mom asks why, tell her that you think you have a possible yeast infection and would prefer to talk to an ob-gyn that is your own doctor, rather than the family doctor.  Then get in and make sure there is not any kind of odd blood clot or something going on.  The only time I've ever had the kind of congestion you mention, it was more the whole genital area, and it lasted about a day.

it is the clitoris and kind of the surrounding area. the oral took place about 5 days ago and irritation is only recent. do you know how to get rid of this? i really dont want to tell my parents or doctor. i read something about "blue bean" which is basically "blue balls" for girls (being sexually stimulated without reaching orgasm). basically that the clitoris never got the proper release so it is still irritated. do you think this could be it?

If anything in the genital area is swollen from the cause of sex without orgasm, it will go down in a few hours.  But if it is just the clitoris, and the rest of the vaginal lips and all, are like normal, then there might be an infection or irritation going on in the clitoris itself.
