Sex hurt and I bled, is this bad? I am not a virgin.

I'm not a virgin and I had sex with a guy I have had sex with before. It hurt and I bled during the sex. We didn't do much foreplay so I wasn't that turned on which I am guessing is why it hurt. Should i be concerned?

If the woman doesn't have enough lubrication then she can be dry. So yes, it can hurt during intercourse. It can also be normal to have a little bleeding because if you're too dry it can actually cause small tears in the vagina. I wouldn't worry about if the bleeding has stopped. But, if you're still bleeding you should see your Dr because it could be a bigger tears, or several. I would recommend always having foreplay whenever possible. Or, getting a water based lubricant. It can be bought at almost any store.
