How long do hiv accute symptoms last

So here is my situation.. About 8-10 weeks ago I decided to experiment with a man.. We both wore condoms and also penetrated each other for a short time  and also performed unprotected oral on each other.. We then completed by ourselves.. When ejaculated I got just a little on my mouth then spit it out... Then two weeks later I had protected sex with a women who I am pretty sure is  ddf.. So about 2weeks after my encounter with her I began to feel my lymph nodes begin to swell in my groin.. The skin was tender and sore for about a week then went away.. Then about aweek later u noticed my lymph nodes in my neck started to swell to an uncomfortable size  with this symptom I also felt Nauseas  this has gone on  on and off for about three to 4weeks now.. It has not been constant.. Went to the e r and they gave me antibiotics oh I also have a light red spot on the side of my nose in the area of my mustache  now I am having diarrhea that I believe is due to the antibiotics... But I feel very tired and maybe even weak.. I asked the pharmacist if the diarrhea can cause the feeling of being tired and weak especially if I haven't been eating or drinking a lot the past week... So 1 ? Is do acute symptoms last 3-4-5 weeks ?   Does one symptom come then go then another.. Does it sound like I could have .. Hiv.... I have an app.. Set up for tues.. But I am so scared... Plz any advise would be great..

Try to stay calm because scaring yourself to death won't help your health. Get tested as soon as possible but generally hiv takes six months from time of infection to show up when tested so I would suggest testing again in six months to be sure. You should also see your pcp to get checked for other ailments that could cause your symptoms because I doubt you would be showing signs of hiv this soon after contact.....but please remember to stay calm as stress can affect your health and body.....best wishes keep us posted and good luck
