Where did it go?

I am a 54 year old male with a problem that that I hope someone can help me with.  The size of my penis up until about 3 years ago was around 7 inches.  I have lost at least half of the normal size.  I still get an erection, can maintain the erection, and climax.  My testosterone level has been low due to medication I take for chronic pain.  This shrinking started before the chronic pain began.  My wife and I have been married 29 years and she is a fox.  We have an exciting sex life.  I passed out one time and left a penis ring on for about 4 hours.  This was about 6 years ago.

Please help...my wife wants to know where the thing has gone.  Do you think a penis pump would help?

Too much pumping is no good. I don't care **** what the book doctors said. Plain and simple, too much pumping will cause you to get joint pain, cramping, glaucoma, laziness, forgetfulness and a slow decline in your masculinity. Go find yourself a ***** and use a condom and let the blood flow and feed oxygen to your brain. Stop ******* Yourselves

The penis pump stimulates the blood flow and circulation to the penis by means of the suction pull that it produces. That can help increase the penis size and improve erections. However, its effects are short lived. My ex-boyfriend (he's 53) used one that got him up to about 7 inches. But, about 5-10 minutes after using the pump, he had retracted back down to his 4 inch size.
