Regular masturabtion will help you to not have orgasms in your sleep.  Women have "wet dreams" too.  If my boyfriend and I do not do anything for a few days or I do not "take care of myself" I do the same thing.  However, I am 33 almost 34 and getting close to my sexual peak so I have those kinds of dreams alot.  Good luck!

Can you just tell them that you have nightmares?  Or if you do something earlier in the day does that take care of the problem?
