It could be dehydration and or a urinary tract infection.
Why not visit a doctor or a health clinic to have a urine test done?
Until then, drink plenty of fluids to help flush out your system.

Your symptoms a shouting bladder infection you need antibiotics, get to a dr quick he will likely just make you pee in a cup highly doubt hed even do a vaginal exam. left untreated bladder infections can be a real problem,,,they also have a special kind of pain pill just speciffically for bladder infections you will only need it for three days because by then the anitbiotics ( Cipro ) is a good one for bladder or urinary tract, your dr or a clinc dr will know that.

go real soon dont wait,

You could have a yeast infection (which is very common among women) or an STD. I would suggest going to a doctor. Don't be scared. A lot of women go to them and they don't die. Good luck!
