Worried Eighteen year old boy, help please

Hi,
I am an eighteen year old male. I have had sexual contact with other guys, and girls.
I have never had actual sexual intercourse, but I have given and recieved oral sex, And I have made out with guys and girls. Im worried that somewhere along the way, I contracted something. I'm not sure what it might be, but I have been told by people in the HIV prevention and HIV living with forums that oral sex carries a "zero to low risk"
I have given oral sex to four boys, two of which were my BEST friends, and Ive known them since we were about 12 years old, so I know they dont have anything. The other two, im not so sure about. None of them ejaculated into my mouth, and I didnt ejaculate into theres. Again, NO ANAL SEX was performed. I have also given oral sex to a few girls who I believe to not have anything as well. So my question is: What are the odds of getting HIV or AIDS or any other life threatening STD'S through the story ive just told? I have never had sex with anybody, besides oral sex, meaning no sexual intercourse has ever been performed. I ask my mom if I should get tested and she knows everything that ive done, and she assures me that I don't need testing, and the people in the HIV forum say the same thing. I have noticed that I have had a little bit of "flu like symptoms" as well, such as snifffles. I don't feel sick, and im not sneezing, or coughing. I just have a  little bit of the sniffles, only when I first wake up in the morning. Once I get moving around, they tend to stop. I also noticed Ive gotten a few swollen lymph nodes on my neck, there not very big, but one that recently just came up is a little bit bigger, but not by much. It is a little sensitive to touch also. My mom tells me that its an ingrown hair from shaving, and to just pull the skin off and pull the hair out with tweezers.

Thanks for any advice you can give me.
