I had an unprotected oral sex with my boyfriend I have shame to explain them for you but I am so worried so I have to explain them for you .his **** didn't have condom on it and I licked his **** when his **** was in my mouth and I ate his sperms and I licked his testicles when his testicles was in my mouth and I licked his sperms and we kissed eachother from mouth  and after doing these things I got sorethroat and some days after I had gotten sorethroat my mother got sorethroat too.my sorethroat lasted two days and her sorethroat lasted two days too.I want to know that is it possible that because I talked to my mother I had caused her sorethroat for example because cold and flu spread with talking is it possible that my sorethroat had spreaded to my mother by my talking to her?is it possible that with my eating foods by spoons and with my eating foods in plates and with my drinking water in glasses although after I ate foods by spoons and after I ate foods in plates and after I drank water in glasses my mother washed those dishes with soap and water I  had caused her sorethroat by remaining the microbes from my sorethroat on that cleaner of the dishes and then cleaning other dishes with that cleaner?

I had 3 times unprotected oral sex with my boyfriend and after each time I had sorethroat but after one of those three times my mother somedays after I had sorethroat got sorethroat I want to know that can the viruses or bacterias from my unprotected oralsex that caused my sorethroat be spreaded with talking with my mother or with eating in dishes and then clean the dishes that I eat foods in them by cleaner of the dishes and soap that added to that cleaner and then washed those dishes with water but not clean the cleaner of the dishes with water and doesn't add new soap to that cleaner and then clean other dishes with that cleaner and then washed them with water can spread the viruses and bacterias from my unprotected oralsex that caused my sorethroat spread to others dishes and then spread to my mother?I'm so anxious please answer me.
