Thank you for answering the questions I posted for you. Remember that you shouldn't use my answer/answers for making a personal diagnosis. From your answers it doesn’t seem like anything very serious is going on with your penis. It seems you might have a Frenulum Breve on the glans. A Frenulum Breve (on penis) is where the Frenulum is too tight and pulls on the penis glans. Most males who’re diagnosed with a Frenulum Breve don’t know they have this condition and are unable to identify it. A Frenulum Breve can be very painful (especially during an erection) and needs to be treated. I’ll stop here because you’re probably confused already. You’ll need to see your family doctor to schedule an appointment with a Urologist. This condition will not get better over time and must be treated. What treatment he/she might use will vary. A Frenulum Breve isn’t caused from masturbation and masturbation is a common thing among males. However, I can’t diagnose you or anyone else over the internet and unfortunately you’re going have to see a doctor. Also, this is the most accurate answer you’re going to get out of anyone over the internet. Again, remember that you shouldn't use my answer/answers for making a personal diagnosis. See your family doctor and I hope you get better.

What does it mean?
Outer Foreskin: The outside of the Foreskin covering the penis glans.
Inner Foreskin: The inside of the Foreskin covering the penis glans.
Glans: The head of the penis.
Meatus: The urinary exit.
Erection: An Erection is when the penis changes from a soft (or semi rigid) state to a hardened state and increases in size.
Frenulum: The Frenulum (skin) attaches the Inner Foreskin to the glans of the penis and is located on the underside of the penis. This skin leads to your meatus (urinary exit).
Frenulum Breve: Where the Frenulum is short and too tight.

im not circumcised. my urinary exit thing seems fine. nothing seems red and/or irritated. urine doesnt seem to get trapped under my foreskin. I masturbate varying amounts a week. sometimes several times a week sometimes less. It hurts sort of centre of the head of my penis. its hard to explain were.

Im totaly lost at what to do, i thought this was normal. its been happening for 4/5 years. Recently i decided to look on web. now its not looking so normal. its really quite painful and very uncomfortable when it happens.

Remember that all these questions are optional and you never have to answer them. Also, you also get STD’s and HIV through your birth mother, blood, and needles. Chances are your don’t have STD’s or HIV. Remember that you should always see your family doctor if you’re having any serious problems and never rely on information gathered from the internet for personal diagnosis. Are you circumcised? It sounds like you're not and you may have UTI (Urinary Track Infection). How does your urinary meatus (urinary exit) appear? If it has become damaged you could have Meatal Stenosis (narrowing of the urinary meatus). Does your penis glans (head of penis) appear red and irritated? If so you could have a yeast infection, overly dry skin, and etc…. (If uncircumcised) Does urine get trapped under your foreskin (skin covering penis head)? This can cause irritation and you should always retract your foreskin when you urinate (pee). How often do you masturbate? Masturbating excessively can cause the head of your penis to get irritated. Most importantly: Where does it hurt on your penis? I’m assuming it’s the head of the penis that’s bothering you, but the problem may or may not be coming from your penis glans (head of penis). Again, remember that all these questions are optional and you never have to answer them. I hope I can give you a good assumption (guess) of what you might have (if anything).

I'm not able to give a presumption over what you might or might not have because your question needs more information. If you've been engaged in sexual acts with another person (especially anal) you might have STD's or HIV. Also, there might be an injury with your penis and you don't know it. There might be something serious going on with your body and it needs to be addressed. There's no way I can give you a completely accurate guess anyways. You need to see your family doctor "quote: You need to see a doctor" and he or she can tell you what's going on (if anything). I hope you get better down there.

You could have anything from an overactive bladder to a UTI to a prostate problem. There also could be trouble with the bladder-urethra opening, that constricts during ejaculation; or vice-versa the closure of the vas deferens-urethra juncture prevents passage of semen during urination. Your body might be confused which one to constrict.
You need to see a doctor ASAP.
I know you're shy, but doctors are trained to help you! They understand all these problems....don't be embarassed.
